Life is wonderful.

I've been feeling down lately, so I'm trying to have a positive outlook. 1) I am alive 2) The majority of people I love are alive 3) Now is a great time to be alive

I really hate homophobia. it does my bloody head in. If two people, whether two girls, two girls or one of each, as long as you're happy why should it matter who people prefer? Some twat said my friend should "just turn straight" ... so I told him to stop liking women... he didn't like that too much. It's so narrow minded. It annoys me how religious people say God hates gay people. I thought he loved everyone?! And as long as you cause no harm to anyone, I can't imagine God hating you for loving another person of the same sex. I'm not gay or bi or whatever, I was attracted to a girl and we had our fling, and I know how it feels to have people give you dirty looks and make comments about it. It made me feel horrible, but I'm happy I had that experience because I know lots of girls would like to try being with a girl, but the predujice makes them feel as though they can't.

All I say is, be true to yourself. If there's a god, I think he'll love you. If people fall out with you, they obviously weren't true friends. If people look at you, smile because you're being who you really are.

An eventful day.

Riding was lovely. I got the train there and back, groomed and tacked her up, then off we went. We had a nice ride through Burton Joyce then galloped along the River Trent, through some fields and trees. It was soooo lovely.

After that I met Josh in town to go to a camp-out. there was about 10 of us, we barbequed burgers, chicken and sausages- minus the charcoaled outers, they we pretty nice. We all laid in the field looking at the stars too. That was awesome! Minus a little bit of drama, it was cool. Tried space cake haha, Kris made it very nice. Just tasted like brownies, but boy... that fire was immense to look at in the gorming way I did haha.

Me and Josh are off to Thailand!

In August we're going over to see his Dad who lives there. The flights are booked and I'm already so excited! His house looks amazing and it's across from the beach. I can't wait for that crystal clear sea and a lovely tan.

Blink 182's been pushed back a year and a day! Yeah, I'm pretty bummed but like one of my friend's said, at least they'll have perfected their new stuff and it'll all be tight. Have faith, they'll still put on an awesome and it'll be worth the wait!

time for a catch-up.

Things have changed a lot since I last posted, which was in September! I've moved in with my Dad so it takes me an hour to get to sixth form. I'm studying fine art, textiles, english literature and media. I'm enjoying all of my subjects despite the conflict with my art teacher. I've dyed my hair many times, from blonde, to bright purple, to brown, to black, to red and black, and now to a burgundy colour.

I passed all of my GCSE's and I got nothing lower than a B! I'm so proud of myself. I've recently turned 17 and I am in love with my life again after a few shit months of low self esteem. My and Josh had a one month break-up, in with we both slept with other people and realized what we'd thrown away. Now we're stronger than ever! I got a tattoo in memory of my grandpa. It's a white rose of York and doubles as the white rose of memory as well as the white roses (which were meant to be red) in Alice in Wonderland that he used to quote a lot from. I love it, I think it's beautiful.

And finally, I invested in a tattoo kit due to my love of tattoos and the art. I tattooed Gene Simmon's make-up on to Josh's big toe haha! I've been practicing on oranges, pig skin, practice rubber skins and obviously Josh. It's so interesting watching my quality improve and looking at existing tattoos. I think it'd be a great way of showing your art work.
